APPLICATION DEPENDENT DESIGN – There isn’t one choice when it comes to bearing designs. What works best in one environ-ment doesn’t always work best in another. The materials, pre/post treatment, and component designs are all painstakingly formulated to outperform all other UTV bearings on the market for your specific application.

DESIGNED FOR CONTAMINATED ENVIRONMENTS – SANDCRAFT UTV bearings were specifically designed and extensively field tested to operate optimally in extreme contaminated environ-ments like mud, sand, and dirt. They undergo mud/slurry test-ing to ensure proven seal performance. Bearings designed to operate in an oil bath use ‘Special Heat Treatment Process’ (SH Process), and undergo particulate battery and heat testing to ensure longer life than the competition.

MATHEMATICALLY FORMULATED DESIGNS – SANDCRAFT Bear-ing designs begin with CAD drawings where they are optimized to UTV Specific application variables and bench tested against the competition to determine if a complete redesign is needed. In most cases, we’ve discovered that further development and refinement is required in ALL stages of production. We’re not just stamping our name on these products; we are re-engineering bearings for this market like never before.

EXTENSIVE INDEPENDENT LAB TESTING – All SANDCRAFT bearings undergo rigorous testing procedures including heat tolerance rating, load capacity rating, thrust force rating, side load rating, required life at constant speed rating and mud/slurry testing for proven seal performance. We then study the wear patterns and groove marks to determine how to im-prove the design. All this happens before we even begin the real-world testing.
