American Off-Roads Returns Policy

Aims To Be Transparent about Returns and RMA’s. We Understand Things Happen and Items Need to Be Returned, Please Read and Understand the Options and How to request an RMA. If You Need Further Info Please “Contact American Off-Roads

Please inspect your merchandise carefully and thoroughly upon receipt, returns can only be requested 30 days after delivery. See below for details. 

If you are dissatisfied with any non Fabricated and or Custom Powdered coated items for any reason, you may return it according to the instructions in this document. Shipping and handling charges back to our warehouse are on the customer and American Off-Roads Is Not responsable.

Any Fabricated and or Custom Powdered Coated items that are requested for returns or order cancel will carry up to a 25% restocking fee if RMA is approved. These Are Approved on a limited Case by Case situation.

Any Color Other Then Black Plastic Items (skid plates, mud flaps, fender extensions, A-Arm Guards etc) are none returnable.

Return shipping and insurance costs are dependent of the reason of return. No returned packages will be accepted freight collect or C.O.D., and American Off-Roads LLC shall not be responsible for returned merchandise that is damaged in shipping.

You must contact American Off-Roads for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You MUST include a copy of your original invoice with your RMA inside the shipment.

All items returned for exchange or refund must be new, in the exact condition that the item was received, Never been installed, and must include all originally accompanying accessories and hardware.

Items received by American Off-Roads that have been damaged as a result of inadequate packaging, misuse, neglect, and/or another obvious mistreatment will be returned to the customer. Any refund or credit will be adjusted accordingly. Special orders, closeouts, and products sold “as is” cannot be returned.

American Off-Roads reserves the right to refuse merchandise, return merchandise to customer or charge up to 25% restocking fee under the following conditions:

1)   Merchandise was received without prior authorization and RMA number.

2)   The merchandise was incomplete, damaged, obviously used, or scratched.

3)   The returned merchandise was improperly packaged.

4)   The merchandise was ordered but delivery was refused by or for the customer.

Order Cancel:

Any Orders that are requested to cancel can carry up to a 15% restocking fee because of processing fees even if the order has not shipped yet.

REFUNDS

All items returned for exchange or refund must be new, in the exact condition that the item was received, Never been installed, and must include all originally accompanying accessories and hardware.

All Snorkel Kits And Window Tint Orders Carry A NO RETURNS POSSIBLE Policy, We are sorry about this but all snorkel kit manufactures follow this policy because of copy right issues.

All Colored UHMW Items (Skid Plates, A Arm Guards, Trailing Arm Guards ect) Carry A NO RETURNS POSSIBLE Policy, We are sorry about this but colored UHMW is considered a custom order.

  1. Within 10 days

    Customers may return any in stock or drop shipped merchandise purchased from American Off-Roads for any reason (except for above situations) within 10 days of receipt by Customer (ten-day period begins once the merchandise is received by or for the customer from the shipping carrier until the time that American Off-Roads receives the merchandise back at its facility) for a full refund, minus shipping and handling charges and up to 25% processing fee. Note: If shipping charges have not yet been invoiced or paid, the actual shipping cost shall be deducted from the amount of the refund. All items that are considered fabricated and or custom color powdered coated can not be refunded without the standard 25% restocking fee if approved. 

  2. Within 30 days

    Customers may return any in stock or drop shipped merchandise purchased from American Off-Roads for any reason (except for above situations) within 30 days of receipt by Customer (30 period begins once the merchandise is received by or for the customer from the shipping carrier until the time that American Off-Roads receives the merchandise back at its facility) for a full refund, minus shipping charges and subject to up to a 25% restocking fee. Note: If shipping charges have not yet been invoiced or paid, the actual shipping cost shall be deducted from the amount of the refund. All items that are considered fabricated and or custom color powdered coated can not be refunded without the standard 25% restocking fee if approved. 

  3. After 30 days

    No returns for refund will be accepted after 30 days of customer receipt of merchandise.

RETURN ACCEPTANCE CONDITIONS FOR REFUND, EXCHANGE OR UPGRADE

Customer must return merchandise in the original box intact with all components as originally shipped from American Off-Roads. All components must be in like-new condition. All returns must be accompanied by an American Off-Roads RMA number and the original receipt. Credit for refund, exchange, or upgrade will be granted only to the purchaser whose name appears on the original receipt.

At American Off-Roads’ discretion, we may decline any return or charge a fee for missing items or items that we determine are damaged or require service. Credit card transactions will be refunded to the credit card account used for the initial transaction.
