Don’t worry about the sand, the dust, the mud or other debris, because when your Polaris RZR XP Half Windshield is a UTV Flare™ windshield, your cab is more protected, you’ll still maintain your visual field, and it adds to improved vehicle performance.
Designed to perform taller than it measures, the UTV Flare™ allows the driver to increase their visual field so they can see exactly where they need to go, when they need to go.
Flat windshields tend to push turbulent air directly at the driver and passenger, dumping it right into the cab.
The innovative UTV Flare™ Windshield—U.S. Pat. No. 10,118,468—design features “hips” at the outer edge of the shield that re-route air, and the “flip” at the top is designed to kick the air up and back as clean, less turbulent air for driver and passenger. This means you’ll have all the wind and debris protection you need without sacrificing your ability to see!
Made from high-quality Polycarbonate – the same material they use in bullet-proof-glass and NASCAR windshields – this heavy-duty, double-hard-coated, abrasion-resistant shield is up for whatever you are.

Powered by the Axia Alloy Mounting System, installation is a snap!
The mounting kit comes with Patented Axia Alloys Detach Clamps, Roll Cage Clamps, and Thumbscrew Turn Knobs – all machined from 6061 Billet Aluminum, then black anodized.

Download DocumentKlock Werks warrants that its products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If any product should become defective within the warranty period, Klock Werks, at its option, will replace, repair or refund the purchase price. Repair or replacement parts or products will be furnished on an exchange basis and will either be new or reconditioned. All replaced products shall become the property of Klock Werks.
Warranty service is available to the original purchaser during the warranty period. Proof of purchase will be required. The buyer (you) will bear all shipping, packaging, insurance and all other costs related to returning the product. This limited warranty does not extend to any product which has been damaged as a result of accident, improper care, misuse, abuse or as a result of unauthorized service.
In no event shall Klock Werks be liable for incidental or consequential damages to any electronic device or personal property attached to or used in conjunction with a Klock Werks product, including without limitation, loss of property arising from the breach of any expressed or implied warranties.
IN STOCK PARTS – Any items in current inventory we ship within 36-48 hours after order.
We currently only ship Monday through Friday, if you place the order over the weekend we will process it on Monday.
FABRICATION/Powder Coated Items.
Please allow adequate time for custom fabrication parts to be built, powder coated, and shipped. Currently 15-30 Days after Order is Placed
Lead Times define the maximum estimated amount of time required to prepare the item for shipping and may vary depending on product, volume of current orders, and/or build schedules. This includes fabrication, powder coating, packaging, and other preparation. In the event that Lead Times are delayed you will be contacted via email or phone call.
Lead Times DO NOT include shipping transit times.
All parts will be shipped as soon as possible after the initial Lead Time using your selected shipping method.
