Made in the USA, RZR XP Diff Rebuild Kit, Bombproof is Precision To Withstand the Torture you Throw at it. Totally Redesigned To Take Whatever You Put At It
This is the Do-It-Yourself complete Front Differential Rebuild kit.
These parts will upgrade and strengthen you Polaris Front differential prevent failures.
This kit eliminates all of the plastic in the front diff and replaces it with Billet & Chromoly parts.
Machined from heat-treated domestic materials, our Steel Sprague and Armature plate combo is designed to handle the most extreme applications.
This combo is “Bomb Proof”. After years of collaboration with the industry’s leading innovators, we have been able to emphasize and drastically improve every aspect of engagement surface area while in 4WD.
This is the Do-It-Yourself complete Front Differential Rebuild kit.
Our BOMBPROOF Front Differential rebuild package includes the Billet Torsion Spring Retainer, the upgraded 12 Tooth Pre Heated 4130 Steel Sprague cage, 12 Tooth 4130 Armature plate, ALL SKF bearings & seals w/ solid gear pin.
This Rebuild eliminates all of the plastic OEM parts and upgrades all of the internals.

Upgraded Bearing & Seals –
Includes specifically designed SKF race bearings, upgraded seals, & bullet proof 300m heat treated solid dowel pin.
Don’t get caught up with a stock HOLLOW dowel pin failure…. these are a very common failure that leads to your front diff. to grenade.
12-TOOTH 4130 STEEL ARMATURE PLATE –
Our plates are cut from cold rolled steel which increases strain hardening by more than 20% and if that wasn’t enough, we added more than 50% extra material in critical weak spots that drastically reduce the strain on the armature plates engagement tabs.
Speaking of engagement tabs, our engagement tabs are machined into the armature plates unlike the factory tabs that are bent into shape.
Our machining process ensures no weak spots are created from a bending process.
At more than twice the strength of a factory armature plate, these are the most Extreme Duty Armature Plates available, PERIOD!

The OEM plastic component has been overstressed causing failures.
Sandcraft has completely redesigned and doubled the engagement surface areas.
It now is Billet aluminum, with internal and external engagement properties that raises the bar in durability and dynamic loads.

Chromoly Ring Gear Dowell Pin
This Heat-Treated Chromoly Ring Gear Dowell pin is a must have for every Front differential Rebuild. Tapered for a press fit, this pin will prevent 4wd engagement problems caused by the torsion spring. A direct replacement for the hollow OEM pin. This pin is the point of failure for most 4wd issues on the Polaris Models.

Sand Paddle Tires – We Try to Stock all Standard sizes but inventory does change daily and if we are currently in a production run for Tires it could take 6-8 weeks.
Drivelines – These are traditionally A Stocked Item but At Times They Do Take 12 – 15 Business days to ship because They Balance Them correctly before they leave.
