What makes our heaters better, if not the best, is that you are dealing directly with the designer/manufacturer of the kit. We install each kit to ensure accurate fitment and detailed instructions. We use modern automotive quality vents- not something that looks like it was made in the ’50s. So, they match the modern styling of your UTV. Most of our kits use custom-made solid CNC machined Y connection fittings, so there is no chance of leaking welds. We endeavor to use quality parts and hardware in all our kits.
This Ice Crusher Under Dash Heater kit has 4 Vents and fits behind the dash for maximum heat directly into the cab. Other aftermarket brands mount their heaters under the Driver Seat which leads to poor air flow and low heat output by the time the warmed air gets to the dash. This kit comes with a compact yet powerful heater with a Hi/Lo Dash Switch and delivers 14,600 BTU*. Modern automotive quality adjustable vents direct the heat were you need it. Two 2″ vents on each side of the center dash direct heat toward the occupants bodies while two additional center mounted vents defrost the windshield. A unique feature of our kit is that the heater’s air intake comes from inside the cab were the air is cleaner and warmer. Warmer air means more available heat for you inside the cab.
Kits also include custom CNC laser cut mounting brackets, heater hoses and duct hoses, hose clamps, new and improved vents, hole saws (for the heater hoses and vents), grommets, Switch, wiring loom and terminals included, templates, your specific mounting bracket with hardware, and instructions.
Note: Defrost vents replace the cup holders, if you do not want to loose the use of the cup holders then the defrost vents don’t need to be fitted. Center vents can be angled so as to help defrost the windshield.

ADD ON MAXSTAT THERMO BYPASS
The MaxStat directs all engine coolant to your Ice Crusher Cab Heater, this means that the output of your heater will be at its maximum. If there is heat in your cooling system then you will have heat from your Ice Crusher Cab Heater.
More heat means a warmer cab and in turn a warmer you!
MaxStat only opens to let coolant flow though the radiator when the cooling system requires it to keep the UTV engine at an optimal temperature.

Add Hose Clamps
Make your heater install faster and easier with Ice Crusher Hose Clamp Off Tools. These clamp tools will keep coolant from pouring out of your vehicle when tying into the coolant system. They also keep the majority of air from entering the coolant system dramatically reducing the effort required to remove air bubbles later. The clamps will seal-off flexible hoses up to 1 3/4″ inch in diameter and will fit all ATV and UTV applications. Kits are sold in pair.

UTV Heaters.com warrants your UTV Heater System to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship under normal use and service by the original consumer purchaser (end user) for a period of Three (3) year from the date of purchase on all components except electrical components including but not limited to, motor, switch, wiring and resistor. Electrical components are warranted to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship under normal use and service by the original consumer purchaser for a period of One (1) year from the date of purchase. The warranty is null and void if the system has been damaged by accident, improper installation, unreasonable use, lack of proper maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or causes not arising from defects in materials and craftsmanship.
UTV Heaters.com obligation under this warranty are limited to repair of the product at Couper’s Products production facility, or the replacement of the product at UTV Heaters.com option and at UTV Heaters.com expense. Any expense involved in the removal, re-installation, or transportation of the product is not covered by this warranty. Prior to return of any product to UTV Heaters.com customer must contact UTV Heaters.com customer service, (888) 964-0135, or fill out the online Return Authorization Number request form and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA). This number must be marked on exterior of carton for easy identification. Warranty product received at UTV Heaters.com without a Return Authorization Number may be returned at expense of sender.
Postage must be prepaid, and the original dated proof-of-purchase must be included. UTV Heaters.com will not be liable for any damages sustained in transport due to improper packaging or handling. The acceptance by UTV Heaters.com of any product returned shall not be deemed as an admission that the product is defective or in any violation of any warranty.
This warranty is UTV Heaters.com only express warranty of this product. We reserve the right to make changes to products and policy that are in the best interest of UTV Heaters.com. No implied warranty shall extend beyond One (1) or Three (3) year period from the date of the original consumer (end user) purchase. UTV Heaters.com will not be liable for any damages, for loss of use of this product, nor for any consequential damages, costs or expenses.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights not mentioned here that vary from state to state.
The above warranty applies for Canadian customers, but there is a $20.00 shipping fee.
