This Polaris Xpedition Roof Rack was designed to handle anything you throw on top of it.
It is made from .125 thick aluminum and is powdered coated a mild texture black.
This roof rack offers two different height positions for the rails. The rails can either sit flush with the top or can be set down in the frame a little over 2″ to keep everything on top of the rack.
With this Polaris Xpedition Roof Rack there are many tie down points to keep all our items secure.
This rack works great for carrying your tent or chairs for that long weekend getaway.
This uses existing mounting holes and bolts in your roof so no drilling is required.
This rack is roughly 5″ tall.
Everything is powdercoated black for a long lasting product.
All hardware is supplied.

AJK Offroads products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use (some light scratches may be present from the manufacturing process).
Our sole liability under this warranty is limited to replacing the defective product.
Any/all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
This warranty shall not apply to any product which has been damaged by improper usage, accident, neglect, alteration,racing, or abuse.
In no event will we be liable for special or consequential damages to any buyer, user, or another person.
IN STOCK PARTS – Any items in current inventory we ship within 36-48 hours after order.
We currently only ship Monday through Friday, if you place the order over the weekend we will process it on Monday.
Current Fabrication or Production Run Parts
Currently anything listed on the site is traditionally stocked and ready to ship but there are times that we are currently in a production run and or waiting for powder coating, this could result in 5-10 Business day shipping
Lead Times define the maximum estimated amount of time required to prepare the item for shipping and may vary depending on product, volume of current orders, and/or build schedules. This includes fabrication, powder coating, packaging, and other preparation. In the event that Lead Times are delayed you will be contacted via email or phone call.
Lead Times DO NOT include shipping transit times.
All parts will be shipped as soon as possible after the initial Lead Time using your selected shipping method.
