Ravek UTV Automatic Dome Light

RAVEK, located in Rice Lake Wisconsin, warrants that its UTV products (“Products”) are free from defects in materials or workmanship and will replace any Products that become damaged or worn out.

WHO CAN USE THIS WARRANTY?

This warranty extends to both the original purchaser of the product and any subsequent owner.

WHAT IS COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY?

This warranty covers RAVEK Products and each of their component parts.

HOW LONG DOES THIS WARRANTY LAST?

Forever. Your warranty begins on the date your RAVEK Product is purchased and lasts as long as you own the product.

WHAT WILL RAVEK DO UNDER THIS WARRANTY?

In the event of a defect, malfunction, failure or damage to a RAVEK Product, RAVEK will replace or repair the Product without charge to the UTV owner. This will occur within 30 days of RAVEK receiving the product back from the UTV Owner (subject to demand and availability).

If the replacement RAVEK Product is unsatisfactory to the UTV Owner after a reasonable number of attempts to remedy the defect or malfunction, the UTV owner is entitled to a store credit in the amount of the replacement price.

ARE THERE WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS?

We are committed to your satisfaction with your RAVEK Products for as long as you use them. If your RAVEK Product is defective, damaged (beyond dents, dings and scratches) or just worn out, we’ll replace it.

HOW DOES A UTV OWNER REQUEST SERVICE UNDER THIS WARRANTY?

To obtain performance of any obligation under this warranty, the UTV Owner must submit their claim on RAVEK.com or via mail at our address: 2300 Pioneer Ave, Rice Lake, Wisconsin, 54868 to request service of their RAVEK Product.
