What Does This Warranty Cover?
This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in tires purchased from authorized dealers or distributors. This warranty is limited to replacement of a defective tire plus any applicable taxes.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
Continued use while run flat or under a state of acute under-inflation
Tire damage or irregular wear due to road hazard, including puncture, cut, impact break, bulge, snag, stone drill or collision
Mounting or balancing charges
Incidental, consequential or punitive damages including, but not limited to, the cost of replacing or repairing other property which is damaged when a tire is defective, transportation to or from the dealer, distributor or manufacturer to get warranty service, loss of time, loss of use, towing charges, bus fare, car rentals
Repaired tubes or tires
Cosmetic irregularities
Tires used in racing or competition
Tires subjected to overloading, improper mounting, use of an incorrect rim, purposeful abuse or chemical contamination
Tires that have been patched, plugged or repaired or into which liquid balancers or sealants have been introduced
Who is Covered?
This Warranty covers only the original purchaser of the tire. Proof of purchase is required.
What is the Period of Coverage?
With the exceptions noted, this Warranty remains in effect for TWO YEARS from the date of
purchase.
How Do You Get Service?
To obtain warranty adjustments or warranty information contact the Carlstar Customer Care Unit at 1-800-260-7959 or by email at customer.care@carlstargroup.com.
Claims must be made within 30 days of discovery of irregularity. Carlstar reserves the right to inspect all products before making adjustments.
What Will Void this Warranty?
This Warranty is void if:
The tire fails due to damage from improper inflation pressures, exceeding the maximum speed limit or overloading the tire beyond the maximum load capacity state on the sidewall
The tire is worn past the last 3/32 of tread depth at any point on the tread contact surface
OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS WARRANTY, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO REPRESENTATIVE OF CARLSTAR HAS THE AUTHORITY TO MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR PROMISES EXCEPT AS STATED HERE.
The Carlstar Group makes no expressed claims of expected tire wear. Variables that affect tire wear include driving conditions, load and tire inflation pressure.

This includes fabrication, powder coating, packaging, and other preparation. In the event that Lead Times are delayed you will be contacted via email or phone call.
Lead Times DO NOT include shipping transit times.
All parts will be shipped as soon as possible after the initial Lead Time using your selected shipping method.
What Is The Difference In Wheel Offsets And Bolt Patterns, We Have It Broken Down For You:
Unsure which wheel offset to go with, or concerned with width gain? You’re not alone. Some of the most frequent questions we get when it comes to wheels, is about offsets – did you know that for most machines, wheel offset is a preference, not a requirement? This will help you better understand wheel offsets, and choose the best wheel for your ride.
Since 7” wide wheels dominate the market, our explanation focuses on that size wheel.
Some wheel manufacturers list offsets using the metric system and others list in our American equivalent.
METRIC SYSTEM – TRUE OFFSET
Offsets listed in millimeters refer to the distance between the mounting plate and the centerline of the wheel. This is what we consider “True Offset”. This measurement will be stamped in the back of your wheels as ET (another term used to describe wheel offset).
Common True Offsets: +40mm, +38mm, +30mm, +10mm, +5mm, +0mm, -47mm.
AMERICAN EQUIVALENT – INDUSTRY OFFSET
When wheel offset measurements are listed in our American equivalent, the first number indicates the “backspacing” (the distance from the back bead to the wheel mounting plate) and the second number indicates the distance from the mounting plate to the outer bead of the wheel (also known as the “Industry Offset”).
Common Industry Offsets: 6+1, 5+2, 4+3, and 2+5.
For example, a 5+2 offset means there is 5” from the back/inner bead to the mounting plate, 2” from the mounting plate to the outer bead. Pictured to the right is an illustration of this.
The chart below converts Metric measurements into the closest corresponding American measurement and will help you better understand what each offset will add to your stance over your factory wheels.
NOTE: Width gain is not given in exact measurement. Actual width gain can vary by machine and wheel manufacturer, but generally falls into these ranges:

Information About Bolt Patterns:
Most bolt patterns are stated in millimeters and there are 25.4 millimeters in one-inch. So If you measure with a tape measure in inches, you can convert to metric millimeters by multiplying (inches x 25.4), or you can easily find an online converter with a quick Google search.
HOW TO MEASURE BOLT SPACING
- For a 4-bolt wheel: remove your stock wheel and measure diagonally opposing stud bosses (center-to-center). Example spacings: 4/110mm; 4/115mm; 4/137mm; 4/156mm
- For a 5-bolt wheel: remove your stock wheel and measure diagonally opposing stud, bosses (from the back of one boss-to-the-center of the opposing boss). Example spacings: 5/114.3
- For a 3-bolt (ATV) wheel: remove your stock wheel. This one requires you to create a virtual circle (diameter) through the center of all three bosses. The bolt spacing is the distance across the middle of the diameter.
