Looking For A Rack For Storage And More, This Polaris Xpedition XP Spare Tire Rack Gives You The Ability To Carry A Spare Tire And More. Solid Metal Design
This Xpedition XP Tire Rack top rack is roughly 30″ deep by 51″ wide and easily able to hold a 32″ tire. The Xpedtion Spare tire Rack is designed to work with most 12V electric coolers and has roughly 19.5″ of clearance between the bed and bottom lip of the rack.
This Rack is a 3 piece design that is designed to take the abuse that you give your machine.
The upright legs are bent into a “C” for the most strength and then fully welded. The sides of the top rack are also bent into a “C” for optimal strength and welded fully. The upgraded internal bracing to the top rack so you can carry anything you would like on this rack and not need to worry about the rack failing.
The team spent many hours designing this rack and added the necessary support and bracing for a very rugged and strong rack.
This is CNC laser cut from .125″ thick aluminum and then CNC bent for a perfect fit.
Comes with mild texture powder coat for a lasting finish.

AJK Offroads products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use (some light scratches may be present from the manufacturing process).
Our sole liability under this warranty is limited to replacing the defective product.
Any/all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
This warranty shall not apply to any product which has been damaged by improper usage, accident, neglect, alteration,racing, or abuse.
In no event will we be liable for special or consequential damages to any buyer, user, or another person.
IN STOCK PARTS – Any items in current inventory we ship within 36-48 hours after order.
We currently only ship Monday through Friday, if you place the order over the weekend we will process it on Monday.
Current Fabrication or Production Run Parts
Currently anything listed on the site is traditionally stocked and ready to ship but there are times that we are currently in a production run and or waiting for powder coating, this could result in 5-10 Business day shipping
Lead Times define the maximum estimated amount of time required to prepare the item for shipping and may vary depending on product, volume of current orders, and/or build schedules. This includes fabrication, powder coating, packaging, and other preparation. In the event that Lead Times are delayed you will be contacted via email or phone call.
Lead Times DO NOT include shipping transit times.
All parts will be shipped as soon as possible after the initial Lead Time using your selected shipping method.
