Heat Management
Our self regulating circuit boards paired with our aircraft grade aluminum housings with cooling fins create a more efficient heat transfer, allowing lights to function at full capacity.
Warranty is limited to product failure under normal operating conditions. Warranty does not cover improper installation or damage caused by improper usage..
If product failure occurs within 30 days under normal operating conditions, the product can be sent in to be repaired or replaced.
If product is repaired or replaced, return shipping charges will be covered by Heretic Studio.
If product is returned after 30 days the customer can send in product for replacement or repair, but customer will incur shipping charges.

Returns:
Heretic Studio offers a 30 day no hassle refund policy on all unopened items in original condition, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If item has been installed it is not eligible for a refund. Item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
Standard Size Light Bars, Cube Lights, and Mini Lights in Black Color are Traditionally In Stock.
RAW Bezel Options are One Off Items, Please Allow 15-18 Business days for shipping.
IN STOCK PARTS – Any items in current inventory we ship within 5-10 Business after order. We Assemble and Package before shipping since you have options on the lights during purchase
We currently only ship Monday through Friday, if you place the order over the weekend we will process it on Monday.
UTV Headlights
Currently The UTV Headlights see about a 8-12 Weeks shipping window since they are produced to order, along with custom powder coating.
Powder Coated / Custom Colors / Fabrication ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow adequate time for custom fabrication parts to be built, powder coated, and shipped. Currnetly Shipping 5-7 weeks after order date.
Lead Times define the maximum estimated amount of time required to prepare the item for shipping and may vary depending on product, volume of current orders, and/or build schedules. This includes fabrication, powder coating, packaging, and other preparation. In the event that Lead Times are delayed you will be contacted via email or phone call.
Lead Times DO NOT include shipping transit times.
All parts will be shipped as soon as possible after the initial Lead Time using your selected shipping method.
