5150 Whips are hand made to the highest standards. Even though it is rare, things can happen to your whips. Have no fear your whips are covered for life. If your whip fails because of craftsmanship you are covered. If your whip fails because of you (ie. roll over, pulled into toy hauler, dog chewed it up, etc.) you are still covered. There is no fine print. You are covered.

How to file a warranty claim:
For whips that fail within the first 30 days of purchase a return label will be emailed to you and once the package is accepted by USPS a replacement will be sent out. For whips that fail after 30 days, the customer will be responsible for return shipping. The repair and or replacement along with return shipping will be covered by 5150 Whips Inc.

Also note we do need the matching whip, or accessory that matches up with the whip or accessory that you’re sending in even if it is not damaged so that when the repair has been completed we have the availability to test it with its pair to conclude everything matches up with computer components. 

Warranty repairs take an average of 1 -2 weeks depending on workload and transit time. This time frame can be longer or shorter depending on time of year, we always suggest giving us a call before sending whips in to verify what the current lead time is especially due to it changing unexpectedly based upon these situations.
