The Front of Our Website located in Main Banner Has a Total Site Search Box.

We have a Product Search Located at the top of every page “Seen as a Blue Button with Magnify Glass Icon.”

This Product Search Is Also Located In the Menu Buttons on the top or side sections.

While In the Shop Section of Our Platform The Product Search Is Located on the left hand side menu with other Product Categories.

Our Website is broken down to all different categories for you to browse different types of products.

You Can choose from type of vehicles (ATV, UTV etc.) Part locations (Chassis, Body, Suspension etc.) or sub categories that are more specific to the direct name of the products (UTV Tie Rods, UTV Skid Plates etc.)

At Any Time While Shopping inside our Product Catalog Sections You Can Apply the Vehicle Filter Fitment for Your Specfic Vehicle.

Choose Year (2017, 2018, 2020 etc.) This will drop down once you select a model.

Every Product Page has all vehicle fitment information located in the “Vehicle Fitment” Tab next to the description tab. 

This allows you to check on each product page if this part fits your vehicle.

Choosing Colors & Options

We Have Setup Your Buying Experience to Allow You To Choose Colors & Options Directly On the Product Pages in a simple step by step setup.

Color Options:

If a Product has color Options we give you the ability to choose those while selecting your products.

  • We give you color Images of the color that looks close to the actual color. Images will be really close but will not be exactly true to color.
  • We Title Each Color Images while “Hover Over” the image or by clicking the image in a manor that calls our color codes so you know what the real color is. (OEM, Sky Blue etc.)
  • Product Color Titles call out Manufacture Color Specific details (Polaris Sky Blue, Can-Am Sky Blue etc.)

Add On Items:

While Choosing Colors and Options, Certain Products give you options to add on items that are specific to the current variations that your are ordering.

We can only ship to U.S. addresses. We ship by UPS, FedEx, Freight and USPS and a valid street/business delivery address is required.  Shipping is not permitted to Post Office Boxes.  
 
We regret we cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses at this time. We only ship to the lower 48 Continental States, CURRENTLY NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

Our System is designed to keep you up to date at all times. It will Notify You with a Shipping Notification Email the moment the shipping label is created and telling you which shipping carrier is being used. Inside that Email You will receive Tracking information directly from the Shipping Carrier that is being used to deliver your order.

Free Shipping On ATV & UTV Products.

  • Almost all our Products in these Categories Are Listed as Free Shipping. If they are not listed you will see Live Shipping Prices inside your Cart.

Flat Rate Shipping.

  • Some Products are Listed as Flat Rate Shipping. These are products where we can not offer free shipping but we only charge you a small percentage of shipping.
  • This pricing is discounted 65-85% off the actual cost of shipping.

Items Listed with Discount UPS Shipping.

  • Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.
  • Our site has Direct API connections with the shipping companies so you will see live current shipping costs while placing your order.

How Long Till My Order Ships

  • When You Choose a Item and or Add product Variations Our System will Show you a Notification of where its shipping from, if its stocked or is a Production Item.
  • Every Product Pages has a Shipping Tab By the Product description that gives you further Information on each location/vendor that the item ships from.

Standard Overview of Shipping Windows:

  • In Stock Items – Items that are currently in our warehouse will ship within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Drop ship Items – We follow the vendors lead times, traditionally if the item is in stock, the vendor will ship within 24-36 hours, Monday-Friday.
  • Fabrication Items/Customer Powder Coat – We follow the vendors lead times.  Traditionally if the item needs to be created and/or custom powder coated, there may be up to 7-14 Business Day lead time.
  • Garage Kits – These are Made To Order and Carry a 3-4 week production time. They will ship after production.

After placing your order, you may click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when the label is created where you can track your order.

Can I Change Quantities or Cancel Order

Traditionally Stocked Items:

We aim to ship fast so orders can go into process very quickly after order is placed.  

You Can Change Quantities or Cancel the Order if The Order is Not In processing Yet.

  • You Have the ability to Update your Order Info in “My Account” if you purchased while logged In.
  • If you purchased as a guest or have concerns about “My Account” Please Us The “Contact Us” Section for the fastest updates possible.

Once the order is Into Processing you will have to follow our “Return Policy” to change quantities.

Production and Or Powder Coated Items:

Fabricated and or Custom Powdered Coated items that are requested for return or canceled order will carry a 20% restocking fee if RMA is approved. These are approved on a case by case basis and standard policy is they are none refundable/cancel.

Guest Order Users:

If you placed your order as a guest, you can track your order at the bottom of every page with the “Track your order” link. 

Once the order is with the carrier, you will be able to track progress through our shipping portal.  This information will come with your shipping notification email.

If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, please check directly with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.

Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already.

If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper directly to confirm that your packages were delivered.

If your packages each show a status of “delivered”, please contact Customer Service. Please provide your contact information and order number, and our team will investigate the situation and provide information as it becomes available.

Items Are Missing From My Order

Many Products Ship in multiple boxes and could deliver at different times.

Returns -

Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any non Fabricated and or Custom Powdered coated items for any reason, you may return it according to the instructions in this document. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Any Fabricated and or Custom Powdered Coated items that are requested for returns will carry a 20% restocking fee if RMA is approved.

Everest Buildings can not be returned, if there is warranty issues those will be reviewed but the garages can not be returned.
